DXM-3 Asterius
The DXM-3 Asterius made several minor improvements over its predecessors, but was mostly considered to be a retread of the Dextra that had come before. By this time, the Alliance was making rapid advancements while Union officials seemed to think that Dexterity Corporation was deliberately slowing progress in order to milk what they had for every red doshé.
As the VD-1250 Volant became more prominent on the battlefield, it became apparent that DexCorp's machines were being outclassed, and so the company entered into an arms race with Vindus Industries - each one doing its utmost to one-up the other, their Dextra growing ever stronger, ever faster, and ever more powerful.
