Osval Penkenshrine

Prof. Osval Penkenshrine is known for being the inventor of the flux drive and one of the Big Three dextra pioneers (the others being Toshiko Suzuki and Vichy Vindus. After the war broke out and his inventions became used for slaughter, he disappeared from public life.
According to his granddaughter, Penelope Penkenshrine, he is now being held captive by The Noble Alliance of Sovereign Worlds.
