Saverge
Saverge is a unique Alliance Knight-style Dextra infamous for being piloted by the Crimson Blaze, Houston Rarefire.
Saverge started out as a prototype for the VD-2000 Valiant, but it proved too difficult for the average pilot to handle. Houston Rarefire claimed ownership of the machine and had it outfitted with a custom cockpit allowing canine usage. He uses it's increased speed and propulsion to shred enemies with its many bladed weapons.
Weapons & Armament
- VX-117 Caustiklaw Arm Blades Two razor sharp arm blades that can be extended outward or rotated 90 degrees to lay flat on the unit's forearms. A hydraulic system housed in the forearm allows the blades to be launched at high velocity in close range. If lost, smaller replacement blades can be hidden under the unit's skirt armor.
- VX-118 Blazcerator Leg Shivs Similar in design to the Caustiklaw Arm Blades, these leg shivs are built into the unit's calves. They can be deployed normally or with emergency blastcaps designed to shoot the blades out with such force that they perforate any surface. The blast caps need to be replaced after a single use.
- AKB-BFS-02 Vector Greatsword A typical Alliance Knight Vector Greatsword. It has a wider blade and more heft than standard Vector Swords, but it can still be wielded in one hand unlike the even larger Buster Sword. The edge has a special anti-beam coating to prevent beam sabers from simply slicing straight though it.
- F3-NR/1R Hellfang A large tomahawk affixed to Saverge's shoulders and head. Part of this enormous blade can be separated and used as a two-handed cleaver. Houston Rarefire designed the Hellfang himself.
