Vloibare
The Vloibare people are a group of semi-nomadic people who lived primarily along the Sicru River. They were technically citizens of whatever country they were born in, but rarely paid attention. Their constant movement back and forth across the border between the rival nations of the Eoion Empire and the Yzel Kingdom made them outcasts and distrusted on both sides. After the Sicru Battles, which both countries blamed on them, the animosity against the Vloibare increased dramatically.
Some of the people settled down on one side of the border or the other, but their descendants faced discrimination no matter where they decided to live. Navaford has the highest population of Vloibare people as it is very close to the Sicru River.
Despite the animosity Eoion and Yzel have toward the Vloibare, their embroidery work is highly sought after. The Vloibare became very famous for the fine, intricate detailing of their work, most often seen in charms, cords, and garments. Having a Vloibare embroiderer do the detailing on fabric was both sought after and a secret. Most on both sides acknowledge the skill of the people and want their work even if they do not care for them as a group.

Ideals
Beauty Ideals
High hairstyles are considered most beautiful on women, particularly buns. Dark hair is very prized as well. Men tend to keep their hair loose aside from a braid or two, an inheritance from Eoion culture with whom the people have historically interacted with more than Yzelian.
Gender Ideals
While originally only a masculine job, the embroidery that made the people famous has been passed down to any person who wishes to learn. Women are most often concerned with making the smaller pieces as they, on average, have smaller hands. Men tend to work on garments or other large cloth pieces.
Major organizations
The two largest organizations within the Vloibare are Seraphim and Seraph Rae
