Yād the Unconquerable

"The poison will reach my first heart in six minutes, and it will kill me in two. But, thankfully, I only need three to take care of you lot, two if Im not counting how long it'll take me to get out of this hole. So, who's feeling lucky?"

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Hākād is remembered as Demigod Hero who defended the weak and sought out powerful opponents to satisfy his lust for battle. He sought out the Unjan, the ultimate opponent against whom he could finally be tested for the last time.

Physical Description

Identifying Characteristics

Yad had vibrant black hair that turned grey in his later years. It was usually tied up to keep it from obstructing his vision. More than his hair, Yad was identifiable by his height, he was larger than a normal human with broader shoulders and a strong physque.

Special abilities

Concisely, the Eyes Over Heaven technique allows the user to 1) sap the magical energy of biological beings, 2) employ impressive Psionic abilities, 3) lose almost no magical energy when using Magic, 4) obtain any and all information just by looking at something or someone, and 5) create portals to any place below the 5th Dimension. In addition to the six Avatars.
The user either is or can transform into a Jötunn from Norse mythos. Individuals with Jötunn physiology may exhibit a wide range of physical abilities and attributes, including immense strength, durability, and endurance. They may also possess enhanced senses, such as heightened hearing and smell, as well as heightened reflexes and agility. Some Jötunn may even have the ability to change their size, growing to tower heights in moments of extreme anger or power. In addition to their physical abilities, Jötunn may also possess various supernatural powers or abilities, such as control over ice, earth, or other natural elements. They may also have the ability to manipulate reality or cast powerful spells, although the extent of these abilities can vary greatly depending on the individual.

Specialized Equipment

The Weapons of Yad

  1. The Brakka Blades: Two swords, a katana, and a wakizashi, that serve as the primary swords used by Yad on his journeys. They are relics taken from the Celestial Empire when he made his escape as a boy. There is a third part of this set, a tanto sword that he failed to retrieve. The Brakka Blades scale directly to their current user, becoming just as strong as Yad is when used.
  2. Yad's Longbow: All Dragon Knights are trained in archery and firearm capabilities. Is especially difficult to draw but yields a far more powerful release.

Personal history

The Sarkari Clan of The Risauyama Dynasty is headed by Lady Manjistha and her consort, Lord Kereenyaga Nairobi, Son of Ragnar Lothbrok. They sired a vast lineage together, and of their children, Prince Yād is of the most note here. Considered the runt of the liter for his disability and inferior size, Yād's cry for validation would lead him to start a war with a potential future ally, a costly war claiming the life of the Crowned-Heir of The Celestial Empire, Princess Satheem. The price for his blunder was Excommunication, striped of all noble titles, ranks, and rights, and forced to take his father's surname Nairobi, forsaking Sarkari and his homeland forever.

Failures & Embarrassments

Fidei et Domus Excommunicatio

(Excommunication of Faith and House)

The Crowned Heir of The Celestial Empire, Princess Satheem of the Godsbane Clan was murdered at the Yggtree Monastery in the Andifold (Spirit + World) Realm by the ruling family, forcing all peace talks between Andifold and the Empire to cease and sparking a costly war. The death of the Heir lay squarely on Prince Yad of the Sarkari Clan. Yad was guilty of slaying one of the Hallowed Beasts of the faith and when confronted, Heir Satheem defended him, paying with her life. Yad was bound and brought before his faith who Excommunicated him from both Faith and House, striping him of all his royal titles and honors, and sentencing him to death.
Yad might have perished but was saved by his older brother, Prince Hjalmar, and his father, Lord Kereenyaga, who smuggled him out of their Kingdom. Hjalmar and Yad traveled to Ostenguard where Hjalmar planned on setting his brother up with his wife as a Squire, but the royal guard, Sabbid-Nin was presently waiting. During the following skirmish, Hjalmar was captured and his wife was murdered, but Yad found haven smuggled away on a vessel bound for Camelot. When he was knighted by The Order of the Dragon's Head, his Death Sentence was postponed as the Empire did not want a war with the Dragon Knights.

Personality Characteristics

Virtues & Personality perks

  • Not easily provoked
  • Loyal to his allies
  • Relentless in his goals

Vices & Personality flaws

Yad was extremely arrogant and unruly in his youth, which resulted in him renouncing his Patron Deity, Phista, and banishment from Sunahare Kshetr, The Land of Golden Fields. After being trained by Master Ar'rygin, his arrogance was tamed to a degree, to a point where he became unconcerned with enemies or opponents he deemed weaker than himself. This often resulted in him being easily discarded or tricked by enemies he underestimated.
