Lazuli's Echo

Most echos of lost relationships take the phisical, mental and personality traits that the loved one had in the eyes of the person who suffered the lost. Due to the mental and emotional state of Sigil when she "put them together", this is not exactly the case with this ghost.
It doesn't even fit with the idea of Lazuli's nature and behavior, and instead of being a patient and helful spirit, it constantly terrifies or hurts people. Is not really an angry ghost, but despite its intentions to help, it will always use harsh or annoying methods.
While it always speaks directly into Sigil's mind, and could do the same with other people, it usually prefers to give communicate through text, image and sound devices, or not at all.

Personal history

When Sigil visited this world, she was covered in blood and drowning in self hatred. She didn't know what to change, since "everything was utterly wrong", until she understood what shards were.
She wanted to recover the shards of her frienship with prince Lazuli.
Nevermind the war, the crown or even her family back at home. She didn't care that it wasn't actually her friend but the image she had of him and their connection. She was almost rejected, but she wasn't asking for the granter to revive a friend, she wanted a second chance to hold to the good memories instead of the anger and she would get it with or without the Company's help.
The boss himself helped her to track the shards that hadn't been able to recognize the assassin she had become after the prince's death. He thought he would need to prevent the shards from turning into ghosts, but it wasn't necessary. None of those shards would react to anything.
Once all the shards were together at last, it was exactly the opposite. They immediately changed into a translucent human figure. There was no face, though, and the height wasn't quite right. The curly hair was too fuzzy. And right when it seemed that the shape was about to estabilize, it vanished.
The ghost never tried to take form again. It just possesses whatever it finds convenient to "help" Sigil and often other people. That's all it's ever done since that day.

Sigil's gun

Lazuli's echo jumps from object to object while "kindly correcting" people all over the headquarters, but it always come back to Sigil's favorite weapon. Sometimes it just rests in there. Sometimes it communicates her the tester's data and back when she worked as a Constable it would make the weapon more effective but Sigil needed to calm it down before using it so it wouldn't cause immediate and/or multiple deaths.
