Whisper Copse Radio Tower

Just outside the city there is a radio tower. At the top of that tower, there is a box-like structure that appears as if it could contain a radio station. If one is brave enough to travel the narrow, twisting staircase to the top and go inside, they would find that it is indeed a radio station, fully equipped to broadcast the important news of the day down to the masses of Sanctuary.
