Kifo's spellbook

Archmage Kifo was a talented mage, who wrote everything he knew into a spellbook, which is now in the possession of Mosi Mwandishi. The book has 712 pages, and is filled almost to the end, save the last five pages. The first 97 pages are written in Panaxian, and contains some basic spells, and some general musings on the nature of magic and the aether. This section alone is enough to occupy even a talented wizard for years, but page 97 promises more magical insight in the following sections, if the reader can break the cypher. The next 100 or so pages are written in the Dunorian alphabet, but it is indecipherable nonsense. Page 97 mentions the poem "Garm & Minara", and the cryptic phrase: "Garm's first love is last, and his last love is first."
