Solve the cypher of the poetry book

Archmage Kifo's spellbook appears to be divided into five sections. The first section is written in Panaxian, and though it contains many inside references that you have to have known Kifo to understand, Mosi has succeded in deciphering most of this section. The second section is written entirely in a cypher that requires a first edition of the epic poem "Garm & Minara". Mosi has finally found the poem, and can now get to work on solving the cypher, which is a complicated mixture of letter-replacements, metaphorical references to the poem, and mathematical puzzles.

Kifo's spellbook is massive, filled almost to the end, and the vast majority of it is completely indecipherable to anyone but someone who knew him well and is ready to spend countless hours figuring out his many codes and cyphers.
