The Im'pe
(also known as the Imps)
"What are Imps, specifically? Were you to ask any human this question, they would tell you that they are mischievous little people who cause chaos when you're unaware. Imps, or the Im'pe, are actually more like the classical imp, where they act like a housecarl. They like to tend to things in an orderly fashion, whether out in nature or in service to a Lith."

Basic Information
Biological Traits
An Im'pe is identified by three main traits: one or two horns, button noses, and distinctly-pointed ears. They are also characteristically short and sometimes stout, in stark contrast with the other Daemonic races. Some Im'pe are seen with tails, but this seems to be present in those with a suspected Kin'ra lineage.
Elemental Acuity
Im'pe have a high elemental attunement, comparable to that of The Kin'ra. The main caveat is that they have zero transformative properties whatsoever, and have no abilities that can influence others. As such, they are incapable of reaching Superadultdom, even if they hone their spiritual, physical, and mental fortitude.Additional Information
Social Structure
Im'pe are, unfortunately, the lowest Caste of all Daemon, holding no positions of power outside of the Lower Castes of the Domains. This is due to the fact that they are incapable of both transformation, element-based coersion, or mind-altering in general. Due to their incredibly-high attunement to their respective elements, however, many of them serve underneath The Kin'ra in multiple positions, including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, nursing, and farming. These roles fit with the Im'pe even when they are not directly serving a Kin'ra.
Facial characteristics
An Im'pe's face has some of the characteristics of human infants, where they have large faces, button noses, and large eyes. The similarities end here, however: Im'pe visages can contain facial hair, wrinkles, and a wide variety of lip and eye styles. An interesting quirk of their genetics is that they are the most likely candidate for an asymmetrical look, having either one or two horns hidden in their hair.

Naming Traditions
Im'pe are one of the only Daemonic races that names its young once. Im'pe names are almost-always written in Daemonic Pidgin, and tend to be within two to three syllables long. These names usually hold some spiritual significance, as the Im'pe tend to seek out Divines when a child is to be born soon.
As such, there are three categories that Im'pe names fit into: Natural, Divine, and Introspective. Natural names are those that are pulled from nature, like the birds and trees. Divine names are those that are pulled from the deities that the Im'pe tend to worship. Introspective names are those that are pulled from a prophetic vision of the Child.
Some name examples:
Natural: Kita, Niki,
Divine: Abasa, Jubala, Mana
Introspective: Mo'zi, Pobala, Si'tka
Major Language Groups and Dialects
Im'pe, to no surprise, speak The Daemonic Language, and are known to primarily speak in Daemonic Pidgin. They do not usually speak in any other dialect, unless they work in the higher Castes.
