Emperor Drul Angmar is an individual shrouded in propaganda and mystery. He has ruled over the Colonial Earth Empire for several decades, and is the head House Angmar, one of the oldest and most powerful houses in the House of Stars. He is rumored to be a powerful Psionic, specifically an extremely potent Precog, and it is said these abilities have allowed him to rule over such a large organization as the Empire.

He spends most of his time in his personal palace on Babylon, which supposedly is over 300 square miles and home to his close councilors, family, and his personal guard, The Judicars.
