Rumored to be a planet total devoid of life, save for a rogue sentient AI. It is supposedly from before the Silence, and even pre-dates the uprisings. For a long period of time, scholars were worried about the AI expanding its influence. For the moment, it seems like IO is happy to be isolated and left alone. It is believed that IO is a similar construct to as the one that was created during the Dawn of Chronos. Some have ventured out to try to extract data, knowledge, or secrets from the AI, very few have returned. Those that do are usually considered half-insane by most common folk.
