Omni-Net

The Omni-Net was established in the wake of the Dawn of Chronos, when the DeadNet was walled off. It is a continual data stream, essentially the internet. It is connected through the gates, and access can be cut off on a gate-to-gate basis. This means that entities like the Colonial Earth Empire can wall off data streams coming in from other far away places. It is highly regulated by various organizations like Central Simulation or the OIS for breaches into the omni-net from the DeadNet. If a rogue construct does make itself known, its an arms race between varying cyber-squads to entreat, capture, or eliminate the construct. This is how Demon Construct are made.
