Royal House of Tyrell
The Royal House of Tyrell was once the royal family granted control of the system of Koen. At the end of the first monarch's life, he turned over rulership peacefully to the people, turning Koen into one of the first Elective Monarchies.
The root of democracy is so engrained in the Koen people, that the great Queen Drade Shiou was one of the first signatories for the Republican Remnant constitution. The elected queens and kings of Koen have since been a pillar of liberty since. Pushing for progressive measures to protect people within the Republic.
