Techie

Techies are naturals when it comes to both post-silence and pre-silence tech. What sets most apart and makes one a “Techie” is their access to a companion droid with a base AI. These kind of complex droids were mostly built with memory cores that existed prior to the Silence, and it is the only way to get a base AI to work within a droid. They are similar to androids, however these are less intuitive than the fully AI contained Androids. A techie understands the technology that has been lost centuries before, binding themselves to their companion droid. Some are friends and maintain a positive relationship with their support droids, while others view their droids as simply a means to an end, or a very complex tool. The skill around droid tech also can spread to other avenues of technology, and some even come around to becoming pilots, using their droids as their co-pilots, or become renowned thieves, utilizing their support droids as dangerous body guards while they break into data vaults.     If you choose this profession you are locked out to Psi-Touched, Mutant Tamer, Mech-Knight.
