Krisakran

Elves have long learnt how to live harmoniously with their surroundings. The elves of old would use every single part of a hunted animal, if not for food then for tools. But tools made of bone and armor made of hide can only go so far. Eventually, elven druids learnt the art of krisakran. Seeds imbued with potent primal magic could be grown into a variety of items and equipment, many of which can change configuration to suit the needs of the wielder.

The primal magic bound into the krisakran allows it to perform its functions,. which depend on the specific type of item.

Manufacturing process

Krisakran seeds are grown by druids from trees that drink directly from the leylines of primal magic. Then they use their own magic to cause the seed to sprout and grow, slowly forming a living item of their design.

Significance

To elves, the krisakran are proof of their harmonious bond with nature. They are sometimes given to trusted allies as proof of friendship and to be given such an item is a high honor.
