GR 17: The Circlet's Return

The circle pendant of the High Keeper, employed against the Witch’s forces in the vicinity of Allent, was captured by bandits en route to Onscra. A mercenary party was hastily assembled to track down the bandits and return the pendant to Alerec. The party pursued what appeared to be a mixed bandit group of Vainite and Fae. The “bandits” later turned out to be messengers of the Knights of the Winged Sword, who had been on a mission to return the circle pendant to Grenton, it’s rightful owner.
OUTSIDE GAME TIME: This occurred just prior to Grenton’s return to the tribes of the north, when he began the migration of the Kainen people back to the land of Aishelon. The game introduced new players to the story and time of GR 1: The Great Quest.
