Commissioner
City and town commissioners have similar roles to the mayor, but act as appointers for specific roles of specific organizations related to that town or city. Commissioners, while not capable of issuing direct orders for Leray agents, take the responsibility of maintaining the location, hours, and priority role of Leray agents who are ready to be deployed. Simply put, a Leray agent may sign up for a certain region they want to operate in. That commissioner will then place that agent in specific locations to operate at specific times.
Commissioners also regulate certain city projects, station Leray gradyents, and more.
