The use of pure lunar magic on its own is unsafe and unstable to wielders, often killing them in the process. The lunastasis symbol that was designed to solve that problem has never successfully been installed on anybody before. For the few who did have the mark, they died shortly after from lunar madness or various cancers. Successful Lunastasis requires that the wielder's ME points be dramatically increased to a level high enough to support the safer usage of lunar magic, but increasing these points to a high enough level is difficult on its own. And if the ME levels of anybody rise too quickly, they become overloaded with lunar energy and suffer the fate of a slow and painful death. Then there is the problem with that wielder being capable of controlling that much magic at any given time, as well as stability factors that cause problems for them later after the installation of this symbol. This 64th prototype spell bomb is supposed to call upon the light of the full moon, charging the target wielder with tons of lunar energy while increasing their ME points by a factor of twelve. While this alone may be fatal, this is a minimum requirement for instant lunastasis stability post-installment. But the effects do not end there. This spell bomb effectively unlocks many hidden magical circuits designed to be closed off to the user, in turn causing their ME points to gradually climb to limitless levels based on personal potential and internal health feedback, after the initial installation of the symbol by the moon's light is complete.

Mechanics & Inner Workings
This spell bomb is a massive purple sphere, and impossible to hide. All of the technology and fine tuning of countless attempted spells went into the creation of this prototype. It also has a supply sphere blocker aura inside of the device capsule, preventing it from being lost or possibly corrupted.
Manufacturing process
Lots of external and internal testing in a facility. 63 other devices were made prior to this spell bomb in order to get the exact specifications the way they are.
Significance
The reason for repurposing the installation of this symbol into a spell bomb is that installing a lunastasis symbol requires the light of a full moon as it reaches the highest point in the sky while out in the open to receive that light, activating the symbol in the right way. The spell bomb's secondary side effect is capable of altering the space time data of the atmosphere and perceived light within a couple of miles, making it usable at any time, if not terribly impossible to hide during activation.
