Blizzard Spell Bomb

Blizzard spell bombs invoke the artificial spell of Blizzard and change the environment of the area inside of the dome shield to match the parameters of extreme temperatures. With a power level of 7, Blizzard spells change the thermal temperature of the environment to an intense cold lasting for 200 seconds in duration. They may often inflict ice elemental damage gradually over time against wielders who are not well-protected or properly clothed to handle such an extreme cold. Blizzard, despite its effect reaching the user as well will never inflict HP damage to those who invoke it.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

This spell bomb is based on aura connection, thus it does not use the idea of breaking the glass to activate. Users who smash or break the glass of this object will destroy it forever.

Significance

Blizzard does not just invoke a cold environment to damage other wielders with no cost to the user's MP. During the environmental spell of Blizzard, all ice elemental magic spells from all wielders become twice as powerful.
