Chief Audra Darwin
Audra works for the Keplan Police as the Fire Chief. This position may not hold a lot of prestige inside the ranks of the Keplan organization, but as the Tri-City Board of Directors has outsourced fire safety to the Keplans, this makes the Fire Chief a very powerful role in Tri-City.
While most of the police department is on the take of the Bronze Age Crime Syndicate or International Investments Incorporated, and the police have their hands tied when it comes to enforcing laws on the mega rich, the fire department is almost always allowed to do its job.
Even the Corpos who run Tri-City understand that fire is bad for business and their stock portfolio. This means the fire chief is one of the few people in the city than can actually put rich Corpos in thier place if they are breaking fire code.
