Tar Tali'sar
A junkyard scrapper hailing from Raxus Prime, Tar is a Balosar who prefers to deal with things from a distance. He's wanted to escape Raxus for some time, even taking a loan from the Forsaken - who know want his head for his debt. His adept tracking skills and understanding of the Wastes has proven helpful to the party, but now that he is outside of his element, will those skills still be useful?
