Structure

1) High Lord Galen Panos Vorreena, current spiritual successor of Queen Reena who ruled most of what is now Reena Province at the conclusion of the Twelve Kingdom Era, reigns over Great House Vorreena as direct representative of Emperor Gregor Vortapani. He swears his fealty to the Emperor (and only to him!). He acts in the best interest of Reena Province, its High Vor and Low Vor component Houses starting with House Vorreena (the version collecting taxes in Reena System directly), its non-vor Tapani citizens and especially faculty/staff/students of Reena University, always as a component of the Imperium.

Possibly the importance of Reena University in these considerations would be ranked higher by some outside observers. High Lord Galen Panos Vorreena, Dean Emeritus of Digital Architecture Engineering, is the third former Dean among the most recent five High Lords/Ladies of House Vorreena.

3) Baroness Ksenia Sveta Panos Vorreena, Dean of Business Administration: (spouse/partner of titular head of house, usually non-inheriting but possessing specific responsibilities and authorities in support of the head of House. Fealty sworn to Emperor Gregor Vortapani directly and seconded to High Lord Galen Panos Vorreena.)

4) Lord Professor Matvey Ilari Panos Vorreena (officially designated Heir of titular head, often serves as Count's Voice either in regional administration or in the Council of Counts while the titular head is occupied elsewhere. Fealty sworn to Emperor Gregor Vortapani directly through their Count and seconded to High Lord Galen Panos Vorreena.)

5) other members of Vor House, related or married in or adopted, swearing fealty to Emperor Gregor Vortapani directly through their Count

6) senior Armsmen, especially those who have been Armsmen of this particular House for 20+ standard years, swearing fealty to a specific member of the House who in turn swears fealty in an unbroken chain up to Emperor Gregor Vortapani

Assets

Reena University is one of the most prestigious universities in the Tapani Sector especially if one does not expect thesis defense to include choreographed neon-lit stunbaton duels (see also: Mrlsst Trade and Science Academy) and/or hurricane risks (see also: Shey Tapani University).
