Muddy fights Lily in Stellara City

Military: Skirmish

After getting reassurance from Charchar Flare and Bluey Neidoc that he has plenty of time to apply to the Stellara Hero Programme, Muddy Katon hears an explosion in the city, and gleefully follows the sound to its source: a mysterious lizard girl. He fights her to a stalemate, at which point she flees.   Charchar and Bluey meet up with him, and the three of them give chase towards eastern Marshy Meadow.   Meanwhile, Zana Axen overlooks the unfolding events, and decides to try to beat them to the punch...
