Rhones Porum

The Paragon of the Sands and the defacto leader of the Rhok'delar Rhones is a skilled warrior and steady presence for a worried people. If not for The Great Plains War, the Rhok'delar would have no leader but Aur'il. However the dragon's continued lack of guidance have seen people grow more reliant of an individuals leadership then tradition would prefer.
A master of the deadly psonics that mark his people, Rhones has born the honorific H'rethi cloak for nearly 7 years. He has adopted a heavier style of armor and fighting in order to defeat the ever growing number of Numarians in the dessert.
It was Rhones's orginziation of the Sandsteppe Citadels, the only true "buildings" the Rhok'delar have, that saw the warrior earn the respect of his peers and elders. Rhones has yet to face a battle where his losses out number the enemies, in fact he has yet to engage in a conflict where the numbers even close.
Rhones's knows however that not matter how clever and skillful his tactics are, and no matter how many battles he winds, his strategy isn't beating Numaria.

Rhones exiled his sister Samut, the witch Hecate, and the Skysail Captain Pelyious Avhoste after they revealed their discovery of Au'ril's corpse. He slew the Numarian expedition they were accompanying.
