Before running away, Aerith was homeschooled by her grandmother who was an orator at The Zarzua College of the Bardic and Performing Arts. She has used her knowledge of speaking and persuasion to great effect as Eldest, and retains a good report with the village at large.

Since become Eldest, she has been privately tutored by Gretel, who also serves as her primary advisor.

Employment

Aerith serves as the Eldest of Saccharine (elected through the Rites of Senescence), and is responsible for the function, fairness, and order within the village. Throughout her time in the role, and even before coming to the position, she has often been seen as a fair and compassionate representative of the children of Saccharine.
