History

Charles (Charlie) Bronsteel is the quartermaster for Last Haven City Guard's Central Command, and a coworker of Lou Freshblood and Martin Holmes. Charlie was the one who loaned them their communique rings, as well as other department issued equipment.
After the events of the Aes-Kroll Star Skimmer Massacre, Charlie accepted The Jewel of Anillaxis into holding, for release to Szwin Corva. In an attempt to steal the artifact, Quoice Helltalon disguised himself as the elf and attempted to persuade Charlie to release it to him. After Charlie insisted the tiefling sign with an oathtaker's pen, Quoice made himself sick in an attempt to avoid suspicion. The real Szwin Corva later returned to the guard post to retrieve his belongings.
