History

Lucian Walsh was first encountered by Reaver and Martin Holmes after taking over the unusual case of a warehouse fire (secretly caused by Quoice Helltalon). After suspecting the captain was corrupt upon their first encounter, Reaver stalked Lucian for several days to get an assessment of character. All the monk was able to discern was that if Lucian was hiding something, he was doing so very well.
