Marivvet District

Marivvet is one of the nine named Districts in Vvathaf. Often called the Foreigner's Quarter, this District is home to most of the non-Ruzh population of Vvathaf, including virtually all of the non-humans. As a result, the District's leadership tends to have a very tense relationship with the Brotherhood of Ruzh.
The District is, and has been for the last three-odd centuries, ruled by the Head of House Rilæth. The other Bvithu families exhibit an unusual level of loyalty to their leader, with only House Maidthuzekh occasionally dissenting, and, even then very mildly.

Marivvet and Khitu have allied in the wake of Alvvir's Uprising and the anarchy that has followed. Both Councilors remain in charge of their districts, as they were not in the Central District when it was plundered. Together, they also control the Harbor District.
