Elder Bartholo

Bartholo Scribber, known as Elder Bartholo, is the current Governor of Orze Hwell.
An elderly man with a long, grey beard, Elder Bartholo typically wears long tunics and robes, and has the appearance of an old mage.  He is a keeper of history, lore, and is himself a scholar of magic.  He is particularly curious in legends regarding Mathe Pamona, although he is not an official member, just dabbling in the same lore.
