Suffbog

Located at the shore of Lake Aphon Suffbug, like Oldbog, was raised from the bog waters that once festered here.

Suffbog is mainly known for the blocks of residential housing here but also has a dig site of great importance for the Archeological Department of the Academia Ars Magicka et Mundana of Templemeet.

Scholars found remains of a settlement older than any other in the area, dating back since before the First Age.
The dig site is surrounded by many myths of spectres and ghosts, spirits of the ancient past that manifest to drag unsuspecting citizens into a cold and wet grave in the depth of night.
Most locals insist that these stories are true and the ominous cawing of Corpse Crows from the ledges of thoe old houses seems to give credibility.

Suffbog is located at the shore of Lake Aphon and the Western Serpent of Styx flows at its eastern edge, the smell of the polluted waters is omnipresent and on hot days in summer it becomes almost unbearable even leading to illness in those that dwell here.

The Fetid Water Tavern is located here right by the riverside.
