Svareiðheim

Svareiðheim was a dwarven city fortress and the capital of the Old Durevafold Jarlhold located on what is now known as the Durevafold Islands.

It was unsuccessfully sieged by the Empire of Styx alongside its allies from the Duchy of Sharhaven in the early Middle Ages before disappearing under mysterious circumstances being found entirely abandoned with all buildings charred and burned.

One possibly explanation for the destruction of the city is documented in the skaldic poem known as the Saga of Eindride Flame-Kissed but this is considered disputable by the Academia Ars Magicka et Mundana's history department.
