Castien Arlen is a wood elf immigrant from the Olllarion Wilds living in Bastiynia.
History
Castien joined the Xaicestra Police Department sometime after he has immigrated. During his time in the department, the newly created Department of Discovery's Directorate of Firearms became interested in him and recruited Castien as an agent. During his training for his new position, he was taught how to use a new weapon, called a Firearm. He was considered a natural though far from proficient. Once his training was completed, he was given his first assignment to investigate Dunvar Tartago. During the investigation, he met the would-be members of VASTL. An adventuring party which he is a founding member.
Family
Castien has admitted to having a son. Not much is known about him.
