The mountain pass, home to the only entrance to the Stympheion deserts, this small country has one of the largest roles to play for the diplomacy of Arkos. The small country being home to only one city has caused many to wonder why it needs to be a country at all, a reason which many of the politicians of Arkos have come to realize. One thing know to the commonfolk of Arkos is that all those who work and live there most make a vow of justice to the god Heliod, to uphold the law at all costs, even their lives.
