Hetos

The Great Marshland, home to the Hetos mire and the Great Fungal Gardens, is a country made up of immense swamplands. Home to the continent’s more nonhumanoid creatures, the swamp often gets a negative reputation as many people who wander into the great swamps often never wander out.

Due to its dense seclusion from outside sources, anyone who ventures in can feel the overbearing presence of the goddess of the hunt. These dense wetlands are home to many of the amphibious races who favor the more primal lifestyle, and many clans of dinosaur riding lizardmen can be found here, or so legends say.
