The Seekers of the Fallen Dragon
The Seekers of the Fallen Dragon (known to themselves as the Chosen of Kythoran) are a Drakai cult in service to Kythoran, an ancient Dragon who had played a significant role in the downfall of his kind. Motivated by the belief that it's their duty to reestablish Draconic dominance over the world and its inhabitants as it was in ancient times, the Seekers have ventured far across the world in search of knowledge and relics that could help them free their master from his Aetherite prison. While forced to work from the shadows, the Seekers remain a dangerous threat through their goals, and the fanatical loyalty they have for them.
Structure
Exalted: Leader of the Seekers, and the only one of its members to directly interact with Kythoran. While they will become involved in especially important matters, their duties mainly focus on studying what knowledge the Seekers have recovered for a way to free their master, sharing news of the outside world with Kythoran, and sharing Kythorans will with the rest of the Seekers.
High Speaker: The second-in-command to the Exalted, often leading the Seekers on their behalf. Leads and trains the cults mages, and serves as their foremost recruiter.
Speaker: The title given to the mages of the Seekers. They are also responsible for leading the cults recruitment efforts.
Loremaster: The title given to members of the Seekers who dedicate the majority of their efforts towards finding and studying any knowledge that could help them free their master. While it's mainly held by the Speakers, anyone from any part of the cult can earn this title.
Talon Commander: Leader of the military arm of the Seekers, ranking just below the High Speaker. They are responsible for training the more martially inclined members of the Seekers, and personally leads them in the most dangerous engagements.
Talon: The common infantry of the Seekers military force. Often garrisoning the cults outposts, or deployed as escorts on expeditions.
Blade: Members of the Seekers who serve as assassins and spies.
Initiates: Newly recruited members who have yet to prove themselves.

Culture
The Seekers of the Fallen Dragon are united in the belief that the Dragons are the rightful rulers of the world and its inhabitants, and that they are destined to one day reclaim their dominance. Naturally, this belief in Draconic supremacy ensures that the cults membership consists exclusively of Drakai, who believe themselves to be descended from Dragons, and gives the cults members a disdainful attitude towards non-draconic beings. Additionally, the cults membership is made up of individuals from all walks of Drakai society (from the common citizenry to outcasts), all of whom are motivated by the glory that reestablishing Draconic rule over the world would bring not just to themselves or their descendants, but to their entire race.
Public Agenda
The Seekers of the Fallen Dragon wish to free the ancient Dragon Kythoran from his imprisonment, and through him, reestablish Draconic rule over the world.
Assets
The Seekers use a stronghold hidden in the mountain where Kythoran is imprisoned as their main base, and have a number of outposts of varying size scattered throughout the world. They also have access to various weapons and armour roughly equivalent to what's used by the Dranyan military, which are either forged on-site, or stolen and altered. Perhaps their greatest asset, however, is the Aetherite that forms their masters petrified body, with small pieces of it being "gifted" to them by him to be used as spellcasting focuses, or to be incorporated into their weapons and armour. As a result of their numerous expeditions, the Seekers also have access to a wealth of knowledge and relics tied to Taevas ancient history.
Political Influence & Intrigue
The Seekers have various members planted in various parts of Drakai society, mainly academic institutions and the military, with the intention of scouting out potential recruits and/or undermining efforts to stop them.
