Golden Tether
Owned by Lord Quintin Winfield the bank was started with his family's personal funds back in the day and has grown into the official and only bank in Asharai. Though he owns the Golden Tether it is rare to ever see Lord Winfield within its halls that job is left up to Flare the fairy and her small legion of awakened tumbleweeds. While the tumbleweeds can do even basic services including math once something gets to complicated they start to fail and just start grabbing their branches on their head, this is when Flare steps in and is why Flare is often seen flying around fixing problems.
Purpose / Function
A large lavish two-story building covered in carvings with inlays a gems and metals representing every dragon type from platinum to ruby to onix. The building itself is made from several layers of colored dragon glass making it so it cant be fully seen through but can let the light through.
