Picked Clean
A store found within the arcane district that keeps a rather odd stock of magic items, within these walls you can find a bit of everything random pieces of armor, weapons, books, and food the owner Rakaac cooks himself with scavenged meats and the like this is never popular. Many things make people question this shop as the goods are always ones adventures would have and with the scavenged meals many believe Rakaac takes the items from the dead or maybe even worse maybe he causes the deaths for the items. Due to all the questions around the shop and the personality of Rakaac most choose to avoid the shop despite its low pricing, I mean anyone can afford to sell for cheap if they don't have to pay for the good they are selling right ?
Architecture
Without the magic items in the windows it would be impossible to tell this store apart from any other it is built with the same sandstone slabs layout as most buildings around it.
