Caravan Court

Description

The Caravan Court is a bustling marketplace in the heart of Emberwood Village. Dozens of stalls, carts, and shoppes surround a watering well. Notably, the well was boarded up after a huge mutant emerged from it, but business proceeds as usual.

Wares

Since most adventurers only enter Redgaard to strike it rich with delerium, the merchants offer all manner of adventuring supplies, such as weapons, potions, scrolls, and so on. In turn, the rare crystal is commonly sold here, if not to one of the established factions. Additionally, the Caravan Court is an excellent place to gather information, particularly in the form of gossip.

History

Since the Cataclysm befell Redgaard, adventurers flocked to the settlements just outside of the pernicious Haze. Jumping at the chance to sell expensive items to cash-laden adventurers, the famed merchant Bartholomew similarly set up shop in the same settlements and founded the Caravan Court in Emberwood Village; Aldor the Immense and other merchants quickly followed suit.
