History
When
Kapital first visited Levinbolt, they encountered Rourke trying to gain access to the
Alabaster Mansion to investigate its recent problems; although he had a warrant, he wasn't able to bypass
Maggie Stormspinner's many traps. Still, he was happy to speak with the group and point out some places of interest within the city.
