Resting in the southernmost mountains of the Borderlands, Levinbolt is a medium-sized city, filled with technological wonders and old nobility.

Not dissimilar to the "Regency Era", life in Levinbolt is heavily influenced by the many lords who conduct business there.

Factions

According to Fennel Stormspinner, there are a few crime syndicates operating in the city. Finally, rumors tell of a "sewer cult" that only recruits members during the night.

The city can be neatly divided by the many estates of the most influential lords who live there.

History

The "Alabaster Twins" devised Levinbolt's infrastructure. Harnessing the mysterious power of "electricity," the necromancer made the city a Gaean technological marvel; all of Levinbolt was "wired" to his estate. In his youth, Julian dueled the general of darakhul armies and drove them from the city. As a further precaution, he forbade the general from entering his home, which included all of Levinbolt because of the electrical connections. As such, it was important that the power never fully went out. After the Julian's death, agents of the darakhul made bolder attempts to reclaim the city, but none have been successful yet.
