Fennel Stormspinner is
Maggie Stormspinner's cousin. For most hours of the day, he can be found drinking at
the Storm Drain.
Description
Fennel is a
gnomish man with unkempt hair and moderate alcoholism.
Relationships
He and Maggie are not very close. Fennel doesn't think much of her idea to open a bed and breakfast at the
Alabaster Mansion, but, in case it ends up being successful, he thinks he's owed at least some of the estate.
He owes several debts to the local mob.
History
When
Kapital first visited
Levinbolt, they spoke to Fennel regarding his cousin's business with the Alabaster estate. After a few free drinks to "jog his memory," Fennel explained some of the town's history and Maggie's worry that someone else was trying to buy the estate out from under her.
