Flamekeeper Ibai Garcia, also known as the Accuser, is a priest of the Candle Colony.

Description

Ibai is an Elyrian man wearing hooded white robes, a crimson fascia, and a heavy silver medallion marking him as a devout priest of the Sacred Flame. His eyes seem to pulse with an intense golden light.

Personality

Emboldened by his faith, he is known for his religious fervor and conducts his inquisitions with a certain dramatic flair; it is unclear if this is intentional.

History

After Sir Euclid returned to Camp Dawn, Ibai debriefed the knight and called for an inquisition against Kapital for "abandoning a regiment" and "consorting with creatures of delerium."
When Kapital stood trial, the Flamekeeper established their "inability to fulfill obligations." Grateful for the group's rescue of Euclid, Ibai chose a merciful punishment and proclaimed that the group's mouths be sewn shut until they serve the Sacred Flame for a number of years. However, the inquisition was cut short when an annoyed Knight-Captain Theodore Marshall absolved the group of their alleged crimes and chastised the priest for his theatrics.
