- Kapital
- The Low Elves
- The Terror Troops

Locations
The keep is home to many shops started by artisans, merchants, and others who were able to sell their wares to the many travelers passing through the Borderlands.History
After the collapse of Gaes, Torred defended the Keep on the Borderlands, while Korigir saw to its management. Although the structure was defended well, both men suspected that the nearby Caves of Chaos could prove dangerous and hired Kapital to investigate. With the Poisoned Cup seizing control of the keep and Kapital coordinating with allies to drive them out of the caves, the Keep on the Borderlands became the primary base of operations for the Zealot's cult and a subgroup of the Poisoned Cup, led by the priestess Sadai.
