Description

Sunsprites are fey creatures, who shed a bright light. When a suneater bear sleeps, these small creatures can be found guarding its lair and will alert it to any possible threats.

Behavior

Sunsprites and suneater bears share a mutual love for sunlight; while the latter devour it, these tiny creatures enjoy dancing and frolicking among sunbeams. Although they are generally playful and curious, it is best to exercise caution when approaching these creatures. They are almost always found in groups, and, as with all fae, sunsprites can change their mood in an instant.

Abilities

Sunsprites are extremely quick, making them difficult to take down in a fight. If one is felled, the sprite will release all of its stored energy in a burst of burning light.
As they zip around the battlefield, they will defend the bear by launching radiant beams. Finally, they will position themselves strategically, so that the bear can sunstep through the light they shed.
