Kingdom of Crossing sun and stars

The tabaxi home land in the Eastern Forest of Ventenheim.  Far to the East of Lake Volus and the Great tree lies a wide expanse of forest and a great city that is known as the Kingdom of Crossing Sun and Stars.

Structure

The government of the Tabaxi consists primarily of the Clan Mothers of each clan of tribes. These wield power mostly due to their control of trade and farming in the forest regions of Ventenheim. Several families maintain a hereditary position of power. The nominal head of the Tabaxi religion is a unique form of Tabaxi born quadrupedal,  known as the Mane. Legends claim that it is only possible for one mane to live at a time, and his birth is triggered by the birth of a newborn Tabaxi when the two moons have fully aligned in the sky.  The Mane can look like any large jungle cat or a hybrid of several, and clearly has the power of speech, but does not fall into any of the defined Tabaxi subtypes: he is simply unique. While he is, in theory, a neutral, unbiased religious leader, the Mane can have a large influence on government structures and policy.  He is always a devotee of Maka'lua'a the god of the forest and a god that has no true form, she exists as a forest spirit that is in all animals and animal races.

Culture

The people of the Kingdom of Crossing Sun and Stars believe themselves to be above all other races and the true rulers of Ventenheim.
