Kadena created her network as means to serve as Clan Silumgar's couriers, translators, and librarians. However, Kadena soon used her network's expertise at gathering information to build a vast spy network, and before long, the secret operations of her organization vastly outweighed its overt ones.
The Slinking Sorcerer has since shifted her network into the shadows, using a combination of deliberate misinformation and targeted assassination to sow doubt of its existence.
Public Agenda
Kadena controls a vast network of spies, thieves, and assassins that extend throughout the Qarsi Palace, and her influence reaches far beyond the criminal underworld. Through her network of contacts, Kadena owns warehouses, taverns, and inns throughout Silumgar territory, and she has a considerable interest in trade along the Salt Road.
To the Silent Sisters, knowledge is power. The Sisters hunger to learn everything they do not already know, especially the weaknesses of their adversaries, and to exploit those weaknesses for their own gain. Conversely, the Sisters hold their own secrets tightly, because they do not want their enemies to turn the tables. The Sisters lurk in the shadows, methodically gathering the knowledge they need to retake the Sagu Jungle and rid themselves of their paranoid and tyrannical dragonlord.
