Palisade

The second-largest city in the Dominion. It doesn't actually sit on the mainland of the Alla'Shar Dominion but on a large island between it and Ebonmere. The city use to belong to Ebonmere, but was conquered and since then has grown into a large cosmopolitan city. Its chief exports were wheat, due to the large swaths of farmable land outside the city gates. However, recently it struck a mine filled with Black Stones, that allow for the powering of magical devices, both large and small.

Demographics

Mostly Human and Elves, but races of all kinds reside in the city.

Government

Ruled by Lord Augustus Centarus, however, most of the power resides with the Tribunal, a small council.
