Kehill
About
Kehill is a city with about 7.000 citizens. Even though the law of the Triad is active here as well, it's not as well executed in reality. Lord and Lady Bemir are the head of law and military and outweigh the head of religion, Priest Selem Murona, most of the time in their decisions. Nobility, Wealth and Power are almost equal to each other, mostly because the Lord and Lady see no sense in changing the system that works in their favour, leading to poverty and inequality in other regions of the city. Kehill is devided by a river, called Everway Run. The North-Eastern side is where the common and poorer folk live. There is a Market Place to trade and sell goods, where everyone can get what they need - if they are able to afford it. The Barrocks are also in this part of the city, where the guards live, train and work. The South-Western side of the city is where Lord and Lady Bemir reside in a rather large estate. Inside their walls, there is also the tower of the High Mage Sinra-ir Vehemis, who is a loyal advisor of the noble pair. Additionally, Helm's church is built there. It's a massive building with impressive paintings and ornaments. Priest Selem Murona does his work here. Not too far away there is a small, less impressive shrine, dedicated to Torm, and cared for by priestess Alana, who works hard to built Torm's religion back up in the city of Kehill.
