History
This district is different from the other ones given that it's not a planned district, instead it's what happened to the ruins of District 15 and district 7 due to The explosion of district 15, after such event people started moving into the area ilegally, with the number of not approved residents sky rocketing, in 2032 the City's high council recognized it as it's own district.
Architecture
Due to the nature of this district, it doesn't have an architectural pattern, most buildings are irregular and structurally dangerous, with the only pattern being recognized is that large groups of people will flock around a certain building and construct their houses around it, making these centers that can reach up to 8 stories tall of houses on top of one another with confusing architecture.
